Crystal E. Branch has served as President of the Cherry Hill Homes Tenant Council since 2017, leading resident‑focused initiatives centered on education, employment readiness, and community empowerment. She has partnered with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City and local organizations to expand opportunities for Cherry Hill residents and previously served as Policy Chair of the Resident Advisory Board. Branch continues to build strong community partnerships and is committed to mentoring future leaders across Baltimore.
