HABC uses Bonfire as our digital procurement platform to help make the sourcing and bidding process more efficient and transparent. To view or respond to HABC procurement opportunities, vendors must have an active Bonfire account. You can register as a new vendor or explore current solicitations through the HABC Procurement Portal.

We encourage registered vendors to check back regularly for new opportunities. HABC welcomes participation from both longtime partners and businesses that are new to working with us.

HABC prioritizes supporting local businesses whenever possible, including enterprises operated by our residents and we're dedicated to collaborating with our vendors to meet Section 3 goals and to expand economic opportunities within the communities we serve.

HABC purchases a wide variety of goods and services such as office supplies, stoves and refrigerators, various construction items, etc. HABC also procures a myriad of professional services, including pest control, legal, architectural and engineering services. All Procurement activities comply with HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) guidelines.
