HUD and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City (HABC) will award up to $1,235,000 for “Action Activities” to support physical improvements in the greater Poppleton/Hollins Market community, specifically community development or economic development projects that enhance and accelerate the transformation of the area into a “Choice Neighborhood.” The RFP generated twenty-nine (29) project proposals that Community Reviewers in the Poe Homes, Townes at the Terraces, Hollins Roundhouse and Poppleton NOW associations scored. The Community Reviewers will finalized their scoring on February 28, 2020 and the top five have been submitted to HUD for their review. Click on the link below to see the top five proposals.
