Tracey Oliver Keyser, Director of the Office of Resident Services doesn’t mind bragging on the 2019 Class of Rising Star Scholarship (RSS) Recipients.
Typically, 5 recipients each year usually gets a $5000 scholarship each, but this year the pool of candidates was EXCEPTIONAL and exceeded the expectations that a total of 6 students were awarded a scholarship!
