HABC presented highlights of the FY 2020 Annual Plan at PVG last evening. The purpose of the meeting was to share an overview of the Plan with Housing Residents and Section 8 Participants. The meeting was well attended and provided a forum to have questions posed by the audience answered by HABC staff.
The Move to Work (MTW) program provides HABC with the ability to test and implement locally-determined solutions that address Baltimore City’s housing problems and priorities.
