Today, Janet Abrahams, President and CEO of the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, and the PSO Transformation Project partners issued a statement on the tax credits awarded by the State of Maryland.

BALTIMORE (January 28, 2021)

Maryland’s Department of Housing and Community Development (MDHCD) recently awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits to support the construction of 1,345 new homes in East Baltimore that are part of the Perkins Somerset Oldtown (PSO) Transformation Project. Janet Abrahams and the PSO Transformation Project partners issued a joint statement regarding the tax credits awarded for the plan:

The PSO Transformation Project partners include: The Housing Authority of Baltimore City, The Maryland and Baltimore City Departments of Housing and Community Development, The Henson Development Company Inc., Beatty Development Group, McCormack Baron Salazar and Mission First Housing Group.
