Meet Bill Etienne,
Senior Manager of Security Operations for Housing Operations.
His experience spans from dealing with foreign surveillance all the way to top secret information and clearances.
Etienne’s career in security began over 20 years ago when he acted as a Security Project Manager for a security firm. After 15 years, he started working as a Regional Security Manager with the Department of Defense (DoD).
In 2022, Etienne moved to Maryland and worked as a Mid-Atlantic Regional manager. In October of 2023, he became Senior Manager of Security Operations for Housing Operations with HABC.
While at HABC, his goal is to create a safety program that is a model of success for protecting the staff and residents of HABC.
Etienne received a degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
Etienne enjoys interacting with people building culture and the impact that security plays in everyone’s lives.
